The Neuropsychology Center of Louisiana is a private pay office & does not accept insurance.
Payment is due, in full, at the time services are rendered.
Should you wish to file a claim with your insurance carrier for reimbursement, we may provide you with a completed claim form, which you can mail. (This does not apply to Medicaid patients). Any reimbursement for services will be paid directly to you.
Please note, however, that Dr. Nemeth is not an in-network provider for any insurance company. Therefore, you may wish to call your insurance company and ask if you have "out of network mental health benefits."
